GAVIN SHASKOLSKY

Gavin is a strategic and results-focused coach with extensive experience at executive and senior levels in business. He enjoys transforming and leveraging people capability and organisational potential and has coached and facilitated for over 14 years in over 40 countries across 6 continents. He has coached hundreds of business leaders across multiple industries including Tech, Financial services, Retail, Education, Health, Professional services and manufacturing.

He holds B.Bus.Sci and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town, is an admitted Attorney of the High court of South Africa, has a Diploma in Life and Business Coaching through the Coaching Centre, is an international accredited Time to Think Coach and facilitator, International Microsoft accredited facilitator in Managing Transitions, Heartstyles International facilitator and coach and has been trained in Process Work coaching and facilitation programmes (2006-2011).

He held the role of coaching lead for an Organisational Development business for five years. In this role, he lead the coaching business both nationally and internationally, significantly grew the business and guided/supervised a pool of approximately 40 coaches. In addition, he was a core member of the Cape Town leadership team 2009-2015, driving the strategy, business development and growth of the business.

SUNNY STOUT-ROSTRON

With extensive experience in business, Sunny’s philosophy is that coaching is about helping clients to ‘learn from and create wisdom from their own experience’. With over 25 years’ international experience as an executive coach, she coaches at senior executive and board level, and has a wide range of experience in leadership development and business strategy.

NOLITHA TSENGIWE

Nolitha is an ICF Associate Certified Coach with over 20 years experience in leadership development, team coaching, executive coaching, and facilitating. She is a registered Psychologist running a Psychotherapy Practice. Her international exposure comes from studies in the US, training by Spirit Rock in Community leadership development and coaching in cross-culture adaptation for Emzingo.

She is an experienced mediator working with Government departments and the private sector creating strategies to move relationships forward. Leadership that understands that sustainability of business in a transforming society is about consistently giving direction and enrolling others for high-performance influences Nolitha’s thinking. Critical competencies needed for success include self-reflection, interpersonal awareness, and awareness of context both internal and external that the business operates in. These competencies are enablers for quality actions to achieving desired outcomes. Coaching tools include Organization Relationship Systems Coaching; Ontological Coaching; Productive Dialogue; Process Work; Somatic Experiencing and more.

KHATIJA SALEY

An executive business coach, working with leaders and teams at the top end, guiding them to navigate, connect and evolve in complex and challenging contexts. She is deeply passionate about working with leaders to explore greater individual and organisational purpose driven by values, to Impact personally, in business and society. She also works with leaders to elevate their Personal and Leadership Brand. She possess the rigour with a masters in executive coaching and finalizing masters in Systemic Team coaching, and having coached for 12 years across Africa, UK and South America.

SIMON BOLD

A strategic & fresh thinking executive and renewal coach. His 18 years of business, over 4500 coaching hours, across numerous countries and industries, coupled with his deep drive to partner with senior leaders has resulted in numerous examples of deep level shift. Simon’s key strength is to help leaders ‘find their way’ into their own unique authentic path.

LESEDI MAKHURANE

An experienced international coach, organisational design specialist and reflective practitioner. Lesedi’s experience is extensive, indepth and rigourous and covers consulting, teaching, assessing and supervising students and strategy consulting. He was previously Head of OD at UCT and Lesedi is currently on faculty at Stellenbosch University Business School, where he is convener of a post graduate certificate to develop community based transformative reflective practitioners, and course leader of the online programme Coaching Authentically™.

CHANTELLE WYLEY

Emotional intelligence leadership coach with 15 years’ international experience. She is an experienced organisational culture change and organisation development (OD) practitioner, and team coach. The traditions and practice of Gestalt OD, as well as modern neuroscience inform her work

MARYSE BARAK

She coaches leaders, and teams of leaders, to create contexts of rich collaboration and excellent thinking in order to sustain meaningful change. Building relationships grounded in deep respect and genuine interest is the starting point for good thinking. As an international Faculty member of Time to Think, Inc. she teaches and accredits coaches and facilitators in the Time to Think methodology. From over 25 years of coaching practice, she understands that the client is the expert of their own experience and that good coaching enables clients to unearth their own best – and most accurate ways forward. Maryse works with executive clients in the UK, EU and Russia, as well as Southern Africa.

NIKKI WOHLMAN

An outcomes-focused coach with more than 15 years experience in the field of Organisational Learning. Her work is designed to bring the whole person into the coaching process, interrogating current patterns of thinking and people behaviour to see new possibilities, make different choices and build sustainable competencies to achieve outcomes that deeply matter.
